Founded in 2010 with a vision to make a meaningful difference, Children of the Caribbean and The Americas has a rich history of impacting the lives of countless children. Our journey began with the belief that education, healthcare, social development, and economic empowerment are the cornerstones of a brighter future for young minds.
We believe that with effective collaboration and with local leadership in place, communities we serve are empowered to enable development on a more sustainable scale. This led to the establishment of COTC Dominica in 2023.
Our mission is clear – to empower children to overcome adversity, break the cycle of poverty, and build a promising tomorrow. We do this through a holistic approach that addresses their educational, healthcare, social, and economic needs. We stand as advocates for their rights, their dreams, and their potential.
Over the years, our initiatives have ignited transformation. From providing scholarships and vocational training to offering accessible healthcare services and mentoring, we have seen lives change. Our work in disaster preparedness and environmental sustainability also strengthens communities and ensures resilience in the face of climate change.
